A word on how I work

I came to this work through two distinct but deeply connected careers spanning over 15 years.

The first eight years were spent building a specialism in renewable energy recruitment across solar, wind, BESS, and grid infrastructure. That included being appointed Country Manager for Germany, co-founding and selling Rebalance Germany, and placing hundreds of senior professionals across the DACH region and beyond.

The following eight years were spent in personal transformation and conscious leadership development, sitting with leaders, entrepreneurs, and coaches in some of the most honest conversations I have ever been part of.

That combination is rare. I understand the commercial pressures renewable energy businesses face because I have built and led within them. And I understand the human and cultural patterns that drive retention and performance because I have done that deeper work too.
